Achate a carne, golpeando-a. Salgue e pincele com mostarda. Disponha em uma grelha as fatias de toucinho. Coloque os peda\u00e7os de frango sobre 2 dessas fatias e cubra com as outras duas. Asse na grelha durante 20 minutos. Transcorridos os 8 minutos iniciais, junte os tomates j\u00e1 salgados para que assem junto.
