Junte o tomate seco e o provolone e recheie os fil\u00e9s. Enrole bem cada um e prenda com palito ou barbante. Passe-os pela farinha de trigo. Coloque duas colheres de margarina e duas de azeite em uma panela e frite-os aos poucos at\u00e9 que dourem. Retire-os e mantenha-os aquecidos. Na mesma panela, aque\u00e7a o azeite e a margarina restante e refogue a galinha e a cebola.
