Os camponeses que moravam nas montanhas n\u00e3o tinham como se deslocar para \u00e0s cidades e buscar mantimentos, devido \u00e0 guerra e aos rigores do inverno. Como eram produtores de leite e fabricavam muito queijo, inventaram uma comida quente, simples, saborosa e principalmente nutritiva. Surgiram ent\u00e3o os charmosos Fondues de queijo e de chocolate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoje conhecemos outros tipos de Fondues como o de carne e de camar\u00e3o, mas estas j\u00e1 s\u00e3o adapta\u00e7\u00f5es do paladar brasileiro de uma t\u00e9cnica de servir, j\u00e1 que &#8220;fondue&#8221; significa derreter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Fondue deve ser servido sempre acompanhada de molhos, e cada receita tem diversos tipos de molhos e cremes que podem ser utilizados. Tamb\u00e9m podem ser usados como acompanhamentos ketchup, molho golf, molho chutney, molho de mostarda, molhos de frutas e frutas em mostarda, picles, cebolinhas e rabanetes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Como servir o fondue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios alguns utens\u00edlios b\u00e1sicos para o preparo: um fogareiro de chama descoberta, uma ca\u00e7arola para servir ou uma frigideira para fondue de cer\u00e2mica refrat\u00e1ria, pr\u00f3pria para fondue de queijo ou de chocolate. Para cada convidado um ou dois garfos compridos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os preparativos seguem na cozinha de acordo com a receita. A carne, p\u00e3o, peixe ou verduras, dever\u00e3o sempre ser cortados em peda\u00e7os pequenos ou cubos.
