Em uma frigideira antiaderente, derreta a metade da manteiga e frite ligeiramente os fil\u00e9s por 3 minutos de cada lado, virando-os delicadamente com uma esp\u00e1tula. Tempere-os com\u00a0sal e\u00a0pimenta-do-reino. Retire-os da frigideira e reserve, mantendo-os quentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Misture a manteiga restante com 1 colher (ch\u00e1) de farinha de trigo, at\u00e9 obter um creme homog\u00eaneo, incorpore \u00e0 manteiga usada na fritura deixe engrossar em fogo baixo. Acrescente os sucos de tangerina e\u00a0laranja, misturando at\u00e9 obter um molho cremoso. Corrija o sal e a pimenta se necess\u00e1rio.
