Reserve.<br \/>\nAque\u00e7a a manteiga em frigideira grande e doure o alho.\u00a0Retire o alho e frite os bifes at\u00e9 que fiquem dourados. Tempere e retire da friideira.<br \/>\nNa frigideira, doure rapidamente dos dois lados as fatias de mam\u00e3o reservadas.\u00a0Aque\u00e7a o pur\u00ea de mam\u00e3o com laranja.
