No dia seguinte \u00a0junte 1 cubo de caldo de bacon e cozinhe em fogo baixo por 20 minutos at\u00e9 ficar &#8220;al dente&#8221;. Reserve. Corte a carne em cubos e tempere com o caldo de bacon restante dissolvido no vinho aquecido e a pimenta. Em uma panela de press\u00e3o, doure a carne no \u00f3leo. Junte a cebola e 2 x\u00edcaras (ch\u00e1) de \u00e1gua fervente. Tampe e cozinhe, em fogo baixo, por 30 minutos. Junte os tomates picados,\u00a0o feij\u00e3o reservado e cozinhe em fogo baixo por mais 10 minutos. Polvilhe com o manjeric\u00e3o.
