Tempere com pimenta-do-reino e deixe apurar. Acrescente ao refogado as lascas de bacalhau e os camar\u00f5es e deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo por 5 minutos com a panela destampada. junte 1\/2 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de \u00e1gua fervente se necess\u00e1rio. \u00c0 parte fa\u00e7a o molho branco; doure a farinha de trigo na manteiga e junte aos poucos o leite morno, mexendo sempre. Quando o creme engrossar acrescente as gemas uma a uma mexendo bem. Tempere com sal e noz-moscada a gosto. Em separado frite as batatas. Em um refrat\u00e1rio coloque uma camada de batatas fritas, uma camada do refogado de bacalhau, uma camada do molho branco e assim sucessivamente. Cubra tudo com uma camada de creme de leite misturado com as claras em neve.
