Adicione a cebola, o alho, o champignon\u00a0e o vinho, mexendo sempre.<\/li>\n<li>Quando a cebola estiver macia baixe o fogo e acrescente o molho ingl\u00eas, a mostarda, o ketchup e o sal, mexendo sempre at\u00e9 engrossar. Apague o fogo e acrescente o creme de leite sem soro.<\/li>\n<li>Sirva acompanhado de batata palha ou de arroz branco se preferir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Se voc\u00ea desejar pode usar lombo no lugar do pernil, n\u00f3s preferimos usar pernil por ser uma carne menos seca.<\/li>\n<li>Se desejar poupar um pouco de calorias voc\u00ea pode substituir o creme de leite por creme de ricota light.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><span style=\"color: #cc3300;\">Para ver o preparo em detalhes assista o v\u00eddeo que preparamos para voc\u00ea.
