Ap\u00f3s esse tempo, leve ao fogo as ameixas com a \u00e1gua do molho e o a\u00e7\u00facar e cozinhe por 4 minutos. Escorra bem e reserve o caldo. Despeje em um copo com gradua\u00e7\u00e3o o whisky e complete com o caldo das ameixas at\u00e9 atingir 1\/2 litro. Se necess\u00e1rio acrescente \u00e1gua. leve ao fogo, em banho-maria, junte a gelatina e, mexendo sempre, dissolva-a. Forre uma forma de pudim com as ameixas e adicone o caldo, que deve chegar at\u00e9 a beirada da forma. Leve a geladeira depois de fria.
