Disponha-os em um prato refrat\u00e1rio salpicando com sal e pimenta. Reserve. Frite o bacon e coloque sobre os bifes. Em uma panela esquente o \u00f3leo restante, acrescente os tomates cortados ao meio e tempere com sal, pimenta e or\u00e9gano. Quando os tomates estiverem desmanchando, espalhe um pouco sobre cada bife. Salpique com o queijo misturado com pimenta e or\u00e9gano. leve ao forno quente para gratinar.
