{"id":1431,"date":"2011-06-09T11:00:25","date_gmt":"2011-06-09T14:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.amesa.com.br\/?p=1431"},"modified":"2011-06-09T11:00:25","modified_gmt":"2011-06-09T14:00:25","slug":"polenta-recheada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amesa.com.br\/index.php\/2011\/06\/09\/polenta-recheada\/","title":{"rendered":"Polenta Recheada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de polenta instant\u00e2nea<\/li>\n<li>2 x\u00edcaras (ch\u00e1) de \u00e1gua<\/li>\n<li>1 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de leite<\/li>\n<li>Sal pimenta-do-reino e or\u00e9gano a gosto<\/li>\n<li>150g de presunto falado<\/li>\n<li>1 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de requeij\u00e3o cremoso<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de queijo mussarela ralado<\/li>\n<li>queijo mussarela ralado e or\u00e9gano para polvilhar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Para o Molho:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 colheres (sopa) de \u00f3leo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cebola picada<\/li>\n<li>1 dente de alho picado<\/li>\n<li>4 tomates maduros em cubos<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de molho de tomate<\/li>\n<li>Sal, pimenta-do-reino e or\u00e9gano a gosto<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de azeitona verde picada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Modo de Preparar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para o molho aque\u00e7a uma panela com o \u00f3leo e refogue a cebola e o alho por 3 minutos ou at\u00e9 dourar.\u00a0 Adicione os tomates e o molho, tempere com sal, pimenta, \u00f3regano e cozinhe por 10 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando.\u00a0 Acrescente as azeitonas e reserve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dissolva a polenta na \u00e1gua, despeje em uma panela, adicione o leite, sal, pimenta e leve ao fogo m\u00e9dio, mexendo at\u00e9 engrossar. Despeje metade da polenta em um refrat\u00e1rio m\u00e9dio, espelhe o presunto, o requeij\u00e3o e a mussarela.\u00a0\u00a0Cubra com o restante da polenta e despeje o molho. Polvilhe com queijo ralado e leve ao forno (pr\u00e9-aquecido) por 5 minutos para derreter o queijo.
