Quando estiver fervendo\u00a0coloque\u00a0sal e pimenta e deixe ozinhar durante 1 hora em fogo brando. Em uma frigideira coloque 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga e doure\u00a0a cebola e o alho por\u00f3 picadinhos e o presunto em cubos. Quando a mistura estiver dourada coloque na sopa.
