Passe um barbante ao redor do fil\u00e9 para se manter firme. Leve ao fogo o fil\u00e9, com manteiga e \u00f3leo, por aproximadamente 20 minutos, virando sempre at\u00e9 ficar bem dourado, se necess\u00e1rio coloque um pouco de \u00e1gua. Quando estiver pronto, tire do fogo e corte em fatias grossas. Com o molho que ficou na panela, junte os kiwis e refogue levemente. Tempere. Misture o creme de leite, deixe levantar fervura e desligue.
