Tempere os fil\u00e9s com sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto. Passe pela farinha de trigo, depois pelo ovo batido com leite e depois pela farinha de rosca. Frite os fil\u00e9s em \u00f3leo abundante e bem quente at\u00e9 que dourem de ambos os lados. Escorra sobre papel-toalha e disponha-os lado a lado em um refrat\u00e1rio.
