Escorra e leve ao fogo com leite suficiente para cobrir at\u00e9 que levante fervura. Escorra e reserve. Refogue as cebolas no azeite de oliva e acrescente o vinho. Deixe refogar mais alguns minutos, apague o fogo e reserve. Unte um refrat\u00e1riocom azeite de oliva e distribua os peda\u00e7os de bacalhau, cobrindo-os a seguir com a cebola refogada.
