Coloque a ab\u00f3bora inteira (com a tampa) dentro de uma panela com \u00e1gua suficiente para cobri-la. Leve para ferver, tomando cuidado para a ab\u00f3bora n\u00e3o cozinhar demais. Depois que estiver cozida por dentro, retire da panela e coloque-a em um recipiente refrat\u00e1rio. Reserve. Em uma panela refogue o alho e a cebola no azeite. Junte os tomates, o piment\u00e3o, a cebolinha e o sal. Para dar um toque especial junte as avel\u00e3s e as uvas-passas. Quando o molho estiver encorpado, adicione os camar\u00f5es e deixe cozinhar por 5 min. Junte ao molho o requeij\u00e3o cremoso e misture bem.
