Se for preparar para as festas de final de ano sugerimos que voc\u00ea decore com frutas ou com fios de ovos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>2 kg de pernil su\u00edno<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres (sopa) de s\u00e1lvia picada<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres (sopa) de vinagre bals\u00e2mico<\/li>\n<li>2 colher (sopa) de alecrim<\/li>\n<li>5 dentes de alho picados<\/li>\n<li>sal a gosto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Modo de Preparar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comece temperando o pernil com a s\u00e1lvia, o alecrim, o alho e o vinagre bals\u00e2mico. Esfregue bem o tempero dos dois lados da carne e deixe repousar por no m\u00ednimo 2 horas, o ideal \u00e9 temperar em um dia para preparar no outro.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s deixar a carne repousar espalhe o sal a gosto, n\u00e3o esquecendo de aplicar sal tamb\u00e9m na faixa de gordura. Asse em forno (180 \u00baC) pr\u00e9-aquecido por cerca de 90 minutos.
