{"id":3247,"date":"2019-01-01T09:28:53","date_gmt":"2019-01-01T11:28:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.amesa.com.br\/?p=3247"},"modified":"2019-01-01T09:28:53","modified_gmt":"2019-01-01T11:28:53","slug":"feijao-gordo-economico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amesa.com.br\/index.php\/2019\/01\/01\/feijao-gordo-economico\/","title":{"rendered":"Feij\u00e3o Gordo Econ\u00f4mico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Receita b\u00e1sica de um delicioso feij\u00e3o gordo o mais f\u00e1cil e barato poss\u00edvel.<!--more--> Voc\u00ea pode ainda acrescentar uma costelinha su\u00edna defumada e um bom paio se desejar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de feij\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>250 g de bacon<\/li>\n<li>250 g de lingui\u00e7a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cebola m\u00e9dia<\/li>\n<li>5 dentes de alho<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres (sopa) de \u00f3leo<\/li>\n<li>2 folhas de louro<\/li>\n<li>sal a gosto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Modo de Preparar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Na noite anterior deixe o feij\u00e3o de molho na panela de press\u00e3o coberto com \u00e1gua. Quando for preparar descarte essa \u00e1gua e cubra com \u00e1gua novamente.<\/li>\n<li>Em uma frigideira refogue o bacon no \u00f3leo.<\/li>\n<li>Acrescente a lingui\u00e7a, a cebola picada, o alho picado e refogue at\u00e9 a cebola ficar transparente.<\/li>\n<li>Apague o fogo e acrescente o refogado \u00e0 panela do feij\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Acrescente as folhas de louro e o sal.<\/li>\n<li>Tampe a panela de press\u00e3o e leve ao fogo, deixando cozinhar por 30 minutos depois que come\u00e7ar a ferver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Voc\u00ea deve ter notado que em muitas de nossas receitas o sal que usamos n\u00e3o \u00e9 branco. Isso \u00e9 porque costumamos usar sal rosa do Himalaia, mas voc\u00ea pode usar sal refinado comum sem problemas.<\/li>\n<li>Dependendo do feij\u00e3o ele pode demorar um pouco mais de 30 minutos a cozinhar, nesse caso tampe a panela novamente e cozinhe por mais 5 minutos.
