Refrigere por 1 hora. Pique os tomates, a cebola e o alho e coloque sobre forma untada. Borrife o vermute e acrescente as postas. Cubra com o molho branco acrescido da nata e do queijo ralado e sobre ele o pistache e a pimenta.
