Fa\u00e7a uma depress\u00e3o no centro, coloque as gemas, a manteiga, o parmes\u00e3o, 1 pitada de noz-moscada, sal e pimenta. Aos poucos coloque a farinha de trigo. Misture fazendo movimentos circulares de dentro para fora. Amasse ligeiramente at\u00e9 obter uma massa homog\u00eanea. Fa\u00e7a rolinhos de 1,5cm de espessura. Corte em peda\u00e7os de 2cm, polvilhando farinha de trigo para n\u00e3o grudar. Aperte cada peda\u00e7o com a ponta de um garfo.
