Antes de preparar, lave tr\u00eas vezes e cozinhe em \u00e1gua com sal. Depois de 60 minutos, escorra e lave de novo. Encha uma panela com \u00e1gua, leve para o fogo e, quando ferver adicione a cebola e o piment\u00e3o picados, a pimenta-de-cheiro, a nata, o feij\u00e3o e o arroz. Deixe cozinhar.
