Unte a chapa, esquente e asse as rodelas de salsich\u00e3o, 2 minutos de cada lado, em calor m\u00e9dio. Mova-as, um lado de cada vez, para marc\u00e1-las nos ferros da chapa, dando-lhes formato de rede. Para o molho de mostarda: descasque a cebola e corte em pequenos cubos. Pique bem o pepino. Doure-os ligeiramente na manteiga, junte a mostarda e o vinho tinto e deixe ferver por 2 ou 3 minutos. Junte 1\/2 x\u00edcara de \u00e1gua, o molho ingl\u00eas e deixar ferver.
