A cenoura e o chuchu em quatro partes. Cortes os ovos ao meio. Em uma panela larga arrume metade de todos os legumes. Coloque por cima as postas do peixe. Tempere com sal, pimenta, bastante coentro picado e regue com azeite. Fa\u00e7a outra camada com o restante dos legumes, tempere novamente com sal, pimenta, coentro e azeite. Leve ao fogo baixo com a panela tampada e cozinhe por aproximadamente 20 minutos. Arrume os legumes, o peixe e os ovos cozidos em uma travessa aquecida e reserve. Com o caldo que ficou na panela fa\u00e7a um pir\u00e3o despejando lentamente a farinha at\u00e9 dar o ponto de um mingau grosso, mexendo sempre at\u00e9 levantar fervura.
